Refund Policy

At Sonic Savvy, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please read through our refund and return policy below.

Returns

You can return most items within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange. The product must be in its original condition, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact.

How to Return an Item

• Contact us at savvyshopsonic@gmail.com to request a return authorization.
• Once approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label.
• Pack the item securely and return it within 7 days of receiving the label.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Exceptions to the Return/Refund Policy

Some items are non-returnable and non-refundable, including:

• Items that have been opened, used, or damaged.
• Products that are not in resellable condition.
• Gift cards, downloadable software, and other non-returnable items.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at savvyshopsonic@gmail.com. We will provide a replacement or issue a refund if necessary.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., sending the wrong or damaged item). In such cases, we will cover return shipping costs.
