1. Returns
- You can return a product within 14 days of receiving it.
- To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must be in the original packaging, with all accessories/manuals included.
- You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on the following items:
- Opened or used headphones, earbuds, or smartwatches
- Gift cards or downloadable software products
- Items marked as final sale or non-returnable
- Products damaged due to misuse or unauthorized repairs
3. Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable.
4. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, email us at support@sonicsavvy.store.

- Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returning your item.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
- Check your bank or card account again.
- Then contact your credit card company or bank (it may take time before your refund is officially posted).
